Humans don’t make decisions, or conclusions, based on facts alone. We interpret those facts, and doing so requires context and background; our conclusions depend on how we “frame” a particular situation. Frames, say experts, are the “filters” our brains use to try and process and interpret information in any given setting. Do we frame abortion as an attack on the right to life for the unborn child, or as a woman’s right to choose what she does with her own body?
