I hate that fucking Prius, and if I ever find that vanilla air freshener she has in there, I’m pitching it out the window on the freeway. The only acceptable vanilla scent comes from cookies. Everyone knows this.

“Fool a trash panda once, shame on you,” he mutters, stuffing a purse into the final garbage bag. “Fool a trash panda twice, shame on your Louis Vuitton.”

“Right,” he drawls. “And you don’t want his nice, straight dick in your mouth.” Pinching my eyes closed doesn’t do a damn thing to blot out that inappropriate image. “Daniel,” I heave in frustration. “No. I’ve sworn off men for a while. Okay?” I don’t trust his silence. And this is possibly the slowest elevator ride ever. “Because I’d totally let him put his dick in my mouth,” he adds. That’s it. Now he’s just trying to provoke me. Scoffing, I turn and give his shoulder a shove. “You’re such a ho,” I snap, but it comes out chopped with laughter.
