Melinda had not told her about she being her mother and Nigel Howard was alive. Murdered in Material Gain saw Melinda marry a priest and inherit his trust fund to spite Acton’s mother and cousin. This is so convoluted. It’s like a soap opera and murder mystery combined. But like other readers I’m hooked.
