The capacity for fascisms of one kind or another is something else we all share—you might call it our most depressing collective identity. (And if we are currently engaged in trying to effect change, it could be worthwhile—as an act of ethical spring-cleaning—checking through Toni’s list and ensuring we are not employing any of the playbook of fascism in our own work.)
