I had to do some serious mental gymnastics to figure out a way where Aunt Stella's sister wouldn't ALSO be Bella's aunt.
I finally came up with - Aunt Stella is married to the biological uncle, and therefore, her sister would not be Bella's aunt. But man, that's way more complex than I wanted it to be.
