So if you want to have a pointless object in your front yard wasting energy forever for no good reason, then instead of plugging in your refrigerator, just have Sisyphus push a rock up a hill. It would reduce your electric bill, and the climate-change impact would be negligible, since the power would come from a renewable energy source (the infinite spite of Hades, God of the Underworld).

I’m not a medical professional, so take this advice with a grain of salt, but I don’t think you should remove your own eyeball.
