The idea that it is an illusion that we are separate from God, from each other, or from anything in the physical world is a central tenet of Buddhism. This idea reflects the truth that there is one universal energy that animates all life and that is ultimately more than the sum of all the energy that is contained within physical life.
It can be life-changing to become conscious of the energy inside of you.
The path of Oneness is one of stepping into your truth.
It means living your life in a way that reflects the belief that you are not really separate from anyone or anything.
We should indeed treat other people as we would want to be treated, but Oneness is more than that idea. Oneness is the idea that you are those other people. You are God.
The path of Oneness invites us to see life as happening for us, instead of to us. Instead of being a victim to the circumstances that come into our life, we are the recipients of a life path that is meticulously designed to give us what we need.
You cannot experience Oneness until you make a conscious decision to begin shifting the stories you tell yourself.
When we shift away from the story of things being done to us and into the story of things being done for us, a new door opens. The door to seeing that everything in your life is as it is meant to be. The way it is meant to be in this moment is not the way it is meant to stay. We are meant to be empowered in our lives. We are meant to set goals and take action and bring about change for ourselves and others. What is your soul? It is a higher form of energy that moves through a series of experiences, carrying with it memories from across all of its experiences, until it has done everything that it set out to do. The soul is not eternal. The soul moves through a series of experiences, most of which the average person does not recall consciously.
Did the soul choose what it would experience in this life? Yes. Did God choose what the soul would experience in this life? Yes. Do you choose what you experience in this life? Yes. They are not contradictions, they are parallel truths.
There is a path one can walk where one thinks that their feelings are truth. Believing that your feelings are truth is like attaching your life to a helium balloon.
there are important messages communicated to you by your feelings. See your feelings as messengers. What is there in your feelings that you can learn from? What do they tell you about you? Stop seeing what your feelings tell you about other people if you want to step into Oneness.
Now you know that looking at your life with gratitude is the key to opening the door to more abundance.
Being in Oneness means seeing that you are the other person and that they are you.
the miracle is that there is an experience that you get to have because you are alive and so are they and there is some form of relationship between you.
It is a miracle because the entirety of your experience as a human is a miracle. The whole experience is a miracle and you know that you are both the giver and the receiver of the miracle.
