Schwarzman had allegedly used his private jet to transfer cash from the taxpayers of Kentucky into his own pockets. He had supposedly deployed the plane to fly Blackstone’s agents to Kentucky for meetings, and then billed the state for the cost of the flights. The tab had allegedly exceeded $5 million a year.
