He was lying, but Avi wouldn’t call him out on it. Felix was just super emotional. It was kind of nice. He never had to wonder what Felix was thinking. He’d tell him. Loudly. Sometimes, even painfully. But there was no ambiguity there. Avi never had to wonder if he was doing something wrong.
