If God has more precious thoughts about us than we could count, how could we not accept the affirmations and goodwill of others? Over and over again, God’s value in His people is clear. Even when we were sinners, at our worst, Christ died for us. We are valuable beyond measure to Him. If we don’t believe that about ourselves, we are calling God a liar.
