The researchers found that “Simply disclosing bisexuality can lead to a myriad of negative job-relevant outcomes.” Bisexual applicants were rated lower on various measures than the other applicants. Why? Because bisexual disclosure was seen as significantly less “appropriate” than gay disclosure.
