Until you acknowledge your grief; it will hold you hostage learn to embrace it.

From sorrow and tears nothing loved is ever lost something touched your heart.

As the years pile up there are moments where it's still difficult to breathe.

We don’t just ‘move on’ our grief adapts, shapeshifting taking on new forms.

Dear heart take your time dabble in the darkness but cycle back to the light.

Lifted foundations death separated us but love bonds us forever.

Love and grief grow from the same seed, hand in hand an internal bond.

Time does NOT heal wounds she just learns to move along life's eternal dance.

You can fall apart tonight and still rise like a phoenix tomorrow.
