the helm chairs didn’t rotate.
David P. Duffy
Loss of contnuity by the author from Book I to Book II. The 'FSC Diesel Coast' had one (1) helm chair, and it did indeed "swivel." It was an important part of the storyline concerning 'Franklin's' interplay with 'Rangi's' incessant conversations.

Author like some many in the scifi genre over the past few years, and with increasing frequency, has a peculiar writing fetish in use of "at least." Given how prevalent and pervasive these writing fetishes are ('smirk' a past example), a reader wonders if it's from writing software, or writing workshops/conferences, or outsourcing much of writing to beta readers & focus groups by authors.

David P. Duffy
In Book I, the author was in the main whimsicaly entertaining in his satirical story surrounding absurdity. In Book II, Cultural Marxism idealogy repeatedly and nakedly is his intent. The mask has fallen.
