Rain pattered the window of my room in the R.U.M.P. Castle, and I watched the droplets tumbling down the glass while sitting on a window seat with my back to the wall. I mentally picked two droplets to race to the bottom of the pane, my eyes following the one I was banking on to win. But of course, it came last and I sighed.
