In another one of the endless Phoenix status meetings, I realize that the developers are even more behind than we feared. As Wes had predicted, more and more work is being deferred to the next release, including almost all of the testing. This means that we’ll be the ones finding the problems when they blow up in production, instead of the Quality Assurance (qa) Department. Great.
