The sun shines down on me. It’s 11 a.m., and the air smells like autumn. The leaves on the trees are starting to turn orange and brown, and there are piles of them starting to form in the parking lot. Despite my fretting, I realize how refreshing it is to be able to think about what work we need to be doing and how to prioritize and release it.
