From this wholesale attack on Western history, it can be seen that every discovery made by the West, whether it is the discovery of new lands or the discovery of the atom bomb, can be used against it. As though it were obvious that had any other group of people got there first, the results would have been more peaceful, equal, and socially just. There is no evidence whatsoever for this. Indeed, there is a great amount of evidence that things would have gone far worse and more bloodily had the West not been first in a whole range of discoveries.
