Oh shit. I’ve read about this in books—and watched enough anime—to know what this is. I’ve fallen through a portal into another dimension. Part of me is a little panicked, but then that fades. This. Is. AWESOME.

I wish he'd come back and loom over me a bit more—because that was freaking sexy and I'm a dork—but this view is equally distracting.

“If I so request it. Do you wish to leave my service now, little one?” I’d normally bristle at the whole “little one” thing. I’m short, true, but the way he says it makes it feel like…I’m getting complimented. It’s just because he’s hot, I tell myself. That’s why I think it’s okay. “Um. We literally just met. I think you’re very attractive, Rhagos, but I need to get to know a guy first. That’s just who I am as a person.”
