Borderline behavior includes glossing over known defects in a stakeholder demo, taking credit for stories that aren’t 100% complete, and extending an iteration deadline for a few days to finish everything in the iteration plan. Covering up the truth like this gives stakeholders the impression that you’ve done more than you actually have.
