“You fucker,” Nic seethed, grabbing Bradley’s hair and cracking her knee into his face. Blood gushed from his nose, and Leo’s old instinct remained—to move toward his friend, to protect one of his own—before he remembered. Bradley wasn’t included in that circle anymore.
