I have mixed feelings about this book. UNTOUCHABLE is the story of systematic abuses of power at a level and scale that is shocking. Even more disturbing than the crime of institutionalized abuse and pandering of young children in group homes is the lack of consequences for a group of powerfuk politically connected grohp of offenders tbat call themselves The Friday Night Cliub.
