It's a sci-fi type book/series. The sealant keeps his DNA from showing up on his crime scenes. He's a serial killer. And he's bonkers!

😂😂No, the sealant is something cops use to keep from contaminating a crime scene. The serial killer is using it to keep cops from finding his DNA at the crime scene.
