4. I wish I had never met you but there is no me without knowing you.

I was born crazy. Feeling like worry is a disease you can’t scrub away and every person you touch might catch it.

Don’t like the charcoal taste my anxiety and depression can leave on the tongue. I love Jesus but I don’t talk to Him enough.

They still knock but I don’t let them in. I enjoy coffee with my cream, listening to Taylor Swift on repeat and cuddling of any kind.

I am my own civil war, a battlefield I must face alone.
