“Who wrapped this for you?” I giggle and he gives me a sheepish grin. “I do have an advanced degree, Charlotte. I’ve seen it done enough times that I know how to fold some corners and cut and tape,” he jokes. He wrapped this? He actually took the time to wrap a gift for me. The thought doesn’t just count. The thought is everything. I was always more than aware that Matt had his assistant wrap all my gifts. Half the time he didn’t even know what the gift was in the first place. “Will.” I rub his jaw, letting my thumb skim his bottom lip. “I am…moved, beyond words. Thank you.”
