As a lifelong hunter, I can speak for all ethical hunters when I tell you our number one goal is a quick, merciful kill. Conversely, wildlife feels no sympathy. When death comes calling, the best option for a game animal is that a hunter takes its life and cherishes the meat from the kill for sustenance.
