If you are not sure what I mean, the next time you feel intense judgment toward anyone, check in with your body states—the sensations in your chest, belly, throat. Does it feel pleasant? Unlikely; nor is it healthy for you. The lesson is not that you shouldn’t judge, since it’s not you that’s doing it but rather your automatic mind.
