If you have tuned your car, truck, or motorcycle to growl, roar, or vroom in any way louder than is necessary, when you rev your engine and treat everyone within a quarter mile to the aggressive noise you have spent time and money to broadcast, you only sound incredibly sad. It’s indistinguishable from a baby screaming on an airplane or the subway, except the baby is not doing it on purpose.
