“It’s those Italian eyes.”
I’ve never heard of this. What do Italian eyes look like?
“I can think of a way to take your mind off it all.” A small sensible voice in my head told me to shut him down before everything got more complicated. “I don’t think—” His fingers skimmed my cheek, tempting me closer until there was nothing between us but my crumbling doubts. “So don’t,” he whispered against my lips, then chased those words by teasing his mouth over mine, inviting, not forcing.
Mmm love moments like this between characters.
