It is habits which decide the quality of the person and by extension, the quality of the person’s life. It could be any part of life; if you are consistent in reading books daily it is obvious that you would be more knowledgeable than most of the people in your group. If you make it a habit to exercise and maintain a healthy diet, your body generally would tone up and show the relevant results. So a man, or woman, is nothing but his or her habits.
