I drag a hand down my face as I head for the door, faintly aware that I’m still in the clothes I was wearing yesterday. My eyes are dry, my stomach empty, my body exhausted.
I just had a thought, is Juliette perhaps helping build a house for her and Aaron as a surprise? I'm only going this route because she came back smelling like chemicals and everyones been MIA, she's been super exhausted etc...
