Here are a few steps that you can carry out to ensure that you find a solution to your problem in the dream and remember the whole dream. Before going to bed, keep a paper and pen ready. Just before drifting off to sleep, mentally say this to yourself, “I want to remember a dream, and I am going to remember a dream.” (This I learned from Silva Method of Mind Control.
