As with anything that requires a change in behavior, the best thing you can do is show up every day with a clean slate. This means wiping away past guilt for all the days you’ve lost because of procrastination, and leaning into self-forgiveness.
Focus on one goal at a time. Make it a small goal. Avoid committing to a big goal that overwhelms you.
Conditions are subject to change. The best time to begin your life was yesterday. The second-best time is right now.
Not making a decision is the same as deciding to do something and failing at it.
