Then, just in time to trigger the sleeper contracts, WHO––in a sleazy switcheroo––changed the definition of Class 6 “pandemic” deleting the words and the requirement for “mass deaths around the globe.” “You could now have a pandemic with zero deaths,”66 explained Michael Fumento in Forbes magazine. Under hot pressure from apoplectic critics of the boondoggle, WHO denied and then sheepishly admitted that it had downgraded its definition in consultation with government and industry scientists.
