Because she is a lot less miserable than I am. Or she certainly ought to be.
AHHHHH the stigma of mental illness! This is why I don’t tell people, because why should I be depressed? Why should I wake in anxious terror every day, soaked in sweat? What gives me the right to feel this way when others have it so much worse?
