Are You "All In"?: Are You Sure You Are A Follower Of Christ?

Without love, everything else is empty and meaningless.

Obeying God and His Holy Word is certainly one of the prominent identifying characteristics of “true” followers of Jesus Christ.

Does Jesus “truly” have the preeminence in all things in your daily routine?

“Fight” the good “fight of faith”, lay hold on eternal life,”

Christians should have the attitude that everything they own is a gift from God and belongs to God, and thus is available to God whenever He calls upon them to give it.

In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.”

our calling? It is to serve and represent the divine King of kings and Lord of lords, Jesus Christ.

we now belong to Him, not only through creation, but now also through redemption. Thus, we should now view our lives as being “set apart” for Him, and we should indeed be devoted entirely to Him.

“Do not give the devil a foothold”.

“You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength.”

the Scriptures are teaching us the importance of wholehearted seeking of, and service to, God.

“whatever we do”, “all” of it, is to be done to the glory of God.

God requires you to surrender all of your life to Him,

means choosing to stop “all” known sinful practices in your life; choosing to ask Jesus to deliver you from, and to give you victory over, these sins.

The reason we choose to go “all in” for Christ is to enable us to live each and every day for Him; to consistently please Him and obey Him; to become like Him in character, reflecting His mercy, grace and purity; to be a powerful witness for Jesus, resulting in us being able to lead others to Him; to truly care about people and have compassion for them as Jesus did; and to have the unconditional agape love of Christ filling and saturating us, permeating through every part of our lives, and flowing out from us to others wherever we go.
