The trick was to listen, support, and do no problem-solving until a solid problem was defined. Emotions were not to be solved.

Nursing was the kind of degree that always came with a job. The world would never evolve out of sick people like it did coupons. Even if there was an apocalypse, a global warming meltdown, even underground preppers would want a nurse.
