There is a lot for me to do and see in this life of mine and I don’t have time to waste studying just one or two things for fifty years.
I advise you to slow down and enjoy yourself when things are good. It can go on for years, but don’t waste one precious moment of the good times. Because the bad times always appear and, if you haven’t built up your reserves during the good times, you may not make it through the bad.

When you encounter the happy, live in that moment for as long as you can. Smile and tuck it away in your memory to be looked at whenever needed. When you encounter the bad, don’t live in the moment. Let it pass as quickly as it can. Don’t focus on it and, whatever you do, don’t grab onto it and tuck it away in your memory.
