We have to wonder: Why would a community accept lemon bars as iconography unless they were desperate for symbols, representation, or acknowledgment of any kind? Arbitrary tropes like “bad at chairs” wouldn’t stick to bi people if we weren’t so eager to embrace them.
When I say Queer Love, I mean love that makes its own rules. Love that exists without borders and thrives without clean lines. Love that creates more space than it takes up.
Gender feels restrictive. It feels like quarantine. Maybe it’s time to go outside.
