Unmissing

I’d add trustworthy, but in my experience, the only people who verbally label themselves as trustworthy to others are anything but. It’s one of those things that needs to be earned, proven, and shown.

I’ve never met someone who claims to be “all knowing” or anything along those lines, but I do believe people exist who are intuitive. And not in any supernatural kind of way. They’re simply good at reading people—a trauma response.

I learned long ago never to show emotion. It’s a sign of weakness. Happy, sad, doesn’t matter. Hold your cards close, and no one can use your hand against you.

Maybe life is easier when you believe in something.

There may be a multitude of questionable things in my DNA, but rudeness isn’t one of them.
