One theme we will discover in every implication of accepting a Christian anthropology is that things are still pretty terrible out there. Almost everyone else you meet will continue to believe that they are their own and so are you. Almost every institution will treat you like an autonomous individual, subject to instrumentalization and valued according to efficiency. Almost every store will still have self-checkout lines.
