I woke in the softest sheets I’d ever slept in, moaning as I stretched my whole body out into the huge bed. I had never, in all my life, been in a bed this big or this comfy. Sure, I was a prisoner in a basement and I was probably gonna die yada, yada, yada. But right now, I was in heaven and I’d learned a long time ago to live in the moment.
