Gokaraju Subbaraju, popularly known as Siri’s Raju, after his company South India Research Institute (SIRI) Private Ltd, had a similar opinion. He was the city Congress president who resented Ranga’s show of muscle power in the party. He complained to the party leadership that Andhra Ratna Bhavan (the Vijayawada city Congress office) had turned into a den of antisocial elements.
