The difference was because Jesus was behind the declaration.
Isaiah 30:21

But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

Exodus 15,
Exodus 15:11 - "Who is like You, O Lord, among the gods? Who is like You, glorious in holiness, fearful in praises, doing wonders?"

II Corinthians 3:12, 13 - Therefore, since we have such hope, we use great boldness of speech - unlike Moses, who put a veil over his face so that the children of Israel could not look steadily at the end of what was passing away.

That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
Romans 8:6
For to be carnally minded is death, but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.
But I like the imagery of a mindset on the Spirit. We can have a new mindset, with a new way of seeing ourselves and a new way of thinking about life.
Romans 12:2
And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.
Before you were formed in your mother’s womb, God knew you.
Jeremiah 1:5 - Before I formed you in the womb I knew you; before you were born I sanctified you; I ordained you a prophet to the nations.
Jesus the Good Shepherd guides you always,
Psalm 23:2,3 - He makes me to lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside the still waters. He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness for His name's sake.

The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord, and He delights in his way.
“‘I know the plans I have for you,’ declares the LORD, ‘plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future’” (Jeremiah 29:11).

But now, thus says the Lord, who created you, O Jacob, and He who formed you, O Israel: "Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by your name; you are Mine.
“You created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well” (Psalm 139:13–14).
“We are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do” (Ephesians 2:10).
“If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away. Behold, the new has come!” (2 Corinthians 5:17 BSB
“You are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness
into his wonderful light” (1 Peter 2:9).
“God exalted him to the highest place and gave him the name that is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father” (Philippians 2:9–11).
