had crawled over her, she’d nearly hyperventilated. Now, she almost thought of the creepy crawlies as companions. If left down here much longer, she’d start talking to them like some sort of twisted Disney princess. In all honesty, if it hadn’t been for the cage and the dehydration, Leila would have preferred the company of spiders, beetles, and centipedes
This book is a bit hard to read. It is fiction but too close to the truth. Not a light read.
