Living in the desert, it was important to stay hydrated and moisturized. Rain usually didn’t last long in Las Vegas, but Annice hoped it would fall throughout the night. She and Kelsey would make popcorn and they’d watch Buffy the Vampire Slayer—Kelsey had recorded all the episodes. They’d try to scare Shane and stay up late for no reason.
