This is true of any properly worn mask. But just because it is difficult doesn’t me it isn’t effective. They are difficult because they are effective. But during a time of pandemic we all must do things that are difficult to protect ourselves and MORE IMPORTANTLY those around us. It isn’t about us it is about being gentle and kind to other and doing our part
