New research from Brazil has found that people who are unconcerned with adhering to measures to prevent the spread of Covid-19 tend to display higher levels of traits associated with antisocial personality disorder, also known as sociopathy.

makes sense to me. If people are unconcerned about it then they probably have higher rates of socipothatic behavior. The key word in this is 'unconcerned' which is not all people who choose not to wear masks. So if you are unconcerned about the consiquences and harm you can do to others well that is sociopathic behaviour as defined by the word. I feel like he is attempting to make the other side look bad when you have to look at what was actually being said. He applies this to all people who don't wear masks but that is not what it was about.
