(Surgical masks are often light blue and made of three layers.
These are known to be the worst for stopping the spread and for personal safety. Instead of saying they are ineffective therefore masks don’t work people need to be educated on the the ones that help (nothing is 100% effective and that should be taught to people as well) we should all strive for better masks and teach people how to use them rather then throw our hands up and say since a bunch of people are wearing bad masks and not using them properly and still believing they are basically now immune to the disease that means masks don’t work!
