If I had to pick the one thing I love most about the feeling of true collaboration on an empowered product team, it is the form of magic that happens when you have people who are a) motivated and b) skilled in their respective discipline—product management, product design and engineering—and they sit around a prototype or watch a user interact with a prototype.
