If you're running a process like SAFe, then this is unfortunately you, and truthfully, I have no idea why you would want to read this book, since what I describe here is the polar opposite both philosophically and practically.
I’ve seen this happen. Mixing and matching conflicting philosophies for the optics of “empowerment,” without realizing the effects of those conflicts. When this happens, teams get confused, demoralized, unmotivated, and will either leave or be seen as not being valuable.
